A large number of jobs will also be shifted to India as part of a long-term plan which will move 7,800 jobs overseas by the end of next year. The company, which once boasted it could give a job to every school leaver, has announced redundancies on a regular basis in recent years. But the latest job losses, reported by the Evening News earlier this month were the biggest blow yet to staff in Norwich.
